Ritu, 24, MSc Mathematics of Kurukshetra University
Ritu is the daughter of a farmer Tara Chand and Sunita Devi. Both are ancient sarpanchs from the village of Bhadar to Panipat.
It was his first attempt. He finished class 10 of his village and class 12 of Panipat. She is a winner of the gold medal in M Sc Mathematics at the University of Kurukshetra in 2016.

In the Civil Services Examination of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the daughter of the district Ritu has given the name of the state in the country after getting 141st rank. Ritu’s village is Bhadaur. He gave credit to his success, especially to his parents. Ritu says that the desire to work for the empowerment of girls and women has brought them to this position today.
Ritu’s 141th rank is due to her IPS selection. Ritu wants to go to Jharkhand and wipe out the Maoists. He said that he wants to give women a safe environment. They will make constant efforts to get them equal rights.
Ritu’s parents say that their big dream has been fulfilled. The people of the village are reaching their house to congratulate. Ritu is the first girl of the village who has passed the Civil Services Examination.
At the time of getting an appointment, he will work to improve the negative environment created for the girls across the country. Former Sarpanch and mother Sunita Graduation near Tarachand BCom, father of MSc Gold Medalist Ritu, Kuk, who is studying in Government School till 12th, is also a former Sarpanch in Bhadaur.
He told that he read the government school in the village till 8th. After this, the State Girls Senior Secondary Model Town, Panipat, with 12 percent non-medical, 96 percent marks. Graduation is a Gold Medalist in Kurukshetra University College and MSc Math. Now it is the first time that UPSC has passed the examination.
